Student Code Of Behaviour

It is important for parents and students to understand and abide by the school rules and regulations in order to maintain the school discipline. Our emphasis is upon rewarding positive behaviour.

Parents and students are advised to carefully read and understand the following rules. Violation of these rules is likely to result in unpleasant consequences as per rules after consultation with the Ministry of Education.

a) Failing to satisfy the requirements of local SPEA / Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad.
b) Any act involving moral turpitude.
c) Cheating / stealing or making false statements or accusations.
d) Willfully and deliberately damaging the school property.
e) Rudeness to any member of the staff.
f) Smoking.
g) Irregular attendance in classes or unpunctuality.
h) Parents should promptly report and explain absences and tardiness to the Vice Principal
i) Unclean and shabby appearances
j) Failure to pay the fee within the extended time limit.
k) Bringing fire arms / knives or any other lethal weapons to the school.
l) Bringing toys / devices which can cause disturbance.
m) Bringing of cosmetics / ornaments / Mobile phones / VCDs / DVDs & Cassettes.
n) Home work assigned must be completed in time and signed by the respective teachers.
o) Lost or damaged library books and materials should be replaced by Students.

Note:

  1. Offences under Sub Para a, b, c, d, and e will be dealt with as per rules of SPEA A.E.
  2. Any offence by a student against another student will be dealt with
  3. Non compliance of the above stated student code of behaviour shall be stipulated for one week’s suspension which is permissible by the
  4. Rustication shall always mean the loss of one academic year. The period of absence from the Institution will, however, depend upon the time of the year when the penalty is imposed. The student may at the discretion of the Principal be permitted to rejoin the class in the same Institute at the beginning of the next academic year.
  5. A student expelled from the Institute shall not be re-admitted.

Leave Procedure:

  1. Any application for more than 3 days on account of sickness is to be accompanied by a Medical
  2. The name of the student will be struck off in case of continuous absence for 15 days without intimation. A leave application for more than three days leave will be sanctioned by the Vice Principal/Principal.
